A Grace-Filled Vision for the Year Ahead

Ephesians 4:11–16

As we enter a new year, we begin not with ambition, but with attention—not asking first what we will do, but asking who do you put your trust in?  The health of any person or church flows from Christ, our Head, not from activity alone.

The church grows not by striving, but by abiding. Our primary calling is not ministry, but maturity—growing up in every way into Christ.

God has designed the church so that every believer supplies something. Ministry is the shared work of the whole body. Leaders exist to equip and encourage, not to replace your contribution to the Kingdom.

We are not called to perfection, but faithful participation. When each part works properly, the body grows in strength and love. Service and giving therefore become acts of worship, not pressure.

Discipleship happens best in loving community, where truth is spoken with grace and unity is guarded.

As Christ forms us inwardly, He sends us outward. Mission flows from health, at the pace of grace.

From Him, through one another, the whole body builds itself up in love:  love for God and love for others.
